We are basically from kerala. We are very fond of chappathis and especially when its made of aashirvaad atta.
Its very easy to make the dough of atta if appropriately mixed with water and the dough is very soft.After making the dough keep it closed for some 10-15 min to make the chapatis more soft.
Once you place the raw chapattis on the flame you can see the chapattis as seen in the ad of aashirvad atta it swells .The chapatis tastes really good .
Aashirvaad atta is packaged with high perfection.The packet contains ITC approved mark which makes it more trusted.
It is really widely used in Kerala.Most of tje keralites prefer Aashirvaad over other atta.
