My mom usually make CHAPAATI of home wheat grinded at flour grinding shop. It taste Very delicious. Once a time we use a aashirvad atta . My mom makes chappati of aashirvad atta which were not liked by the any member of our family. Everyone were disappointed by aashirvad atta. The aashirvad atta is grinded so fine and the wheat quality is also not so good they used. Due to which CHAPAATI made from aashirvad atta is not good. The CHAPAATI of aashirvad atta is not white as the home grinded wheat. There is only a branded name in aashirvad nothing else. Aashirvad atta comes with a mixture of maida. Due to which it quality is low.
