I am certain that there is a link between Ashirwad aata and gastric issue. Let me narrate my story.
we were buying 10kg packet of this aanta for past 2 years. To start with, we didn’t have indigestion issues. But for last 6 months we found gastric issue appearing and disappearing as and when we bought new packet. We were having trouble but we were unable to locate the exact issue yet.
Due to lockdwon, we were forced to buy Pattanjali aaat(as Ashirwad was out of stock). With this change, our gastric issue disappeared(like we never had) on the very next day.
To be sure that it was Ashirwad aanta, we bought it again(when Patanjali got over), and bingo. gastric problem resurfaced the very next day. Now we were sure that something was seriously wrong with Ashirwad.
Just to be 100% sure about our findings, we bought 2kg of raw wheat and made wheat floor through local aata chakki. Our test result with this wheat floor were consistent with our earlier findings. So we decided not to use Ashirwad anymore.
let me remind you that each and every packet of Ashirwad aata didn’t have issue but majority of them had. So it took quite long for us to zero down to the exact issue.
