The Story: Its about a bunch first class encounter police officers, and how they are specialized in killing top underworld dons, who are difficult to catch. Sadhu Agashe (Nana) is the main character in this film, and he is an south Indian. He is married to Namitha (Revathi) and has a son also, whom he loves both dearly. Great scenes between his family, and his wifes ways to cook Idli Sambha. We are also introduced by his fellow specialists, Imtiyaz Siddique (Yashpal Sharma) who envys Sadhu and his work, and Sadhus fellow friend, a chubby man.. Im sorry I forgot his name... But he played the Parsi guy from Paisa Vasool. Then we meet a newcomer to the specialist office, named Jatin Shukla played by cutie pie, Nakul. Jatin respects Sadhu in every way, and Jatin learns everything behind being a first class encounter. Then we learn about the underworld, and its connection with the police and the government. We meet Zameer Bhai (Prasad Purandar) who steals the show, right behind Nana Patekar. Their use of dialogues while talking to each other is simply, interesting and gripping.
It is very thrilling and suspenseful. Just the way I like it. Actions are wonderful, and on time in which you dont really expect it, and also surprises you at the same time.
Acting Analysis:
Nana Patekar: This man, is absolutely amazing. He was calm, sincere and tough at the same time. His acting was mind-blowing! This man, deserved a standing ovation from this film. He acted so differently apart from his usual films, where he was always yelling the whole time... This is one of his best films by far.
Prasad Purandar: The character he played, does not even know how to speak English properly, and he portrayed it very well. Very amusing. He was fantastic on being a bhai.
The others: I put them all together since they all acted very very well. Nicely supported by them.
Great Quotes: [Translated in English]
Sadhu: V-A-I-S-H-A-L-I!!! Thats how you pronounce it! You North Indians are strange.
Man: Did you hear about Salman?... Salman and Vivek?... Who do you think will get Aishwarya?
On having all the money and the fame of being a bhai:
Zameer Bhai: Can you imagine? Me, a kid from the village who failed Grade 3, has all this power. This value of power.
Sadhu: What you have, is the value of nuisance. I have the power.
