Dial up connection named as broadband

Hello Friends,


its a long story of superbad experience but few perks of ABC Broadband connections are




  1. Guaranteed frequent disconnect.




  2. Untrained technical support (one solution for every problem clear temp, clear history, clear cache, empty recyle bin), if this does’nt solve your problem you need to get new PC.




  3. Untrained advanced technical team too (one solution for every problem: start in safe mode).




  4. Technical team dont know how to handle MAC devices, so you must have windows.




  5. They say  complains will take 24 hours to get resoled and they will close the complain after 24 hours without resolving it. So you have to register your complain again after 24 hours  and repeat the process for may be 15 days or more.






6.Technical team will say your charges will be waived off (you will be redirected to billing department) but it won’t.


As of now Iam calling 5/6 times a day to get my issue resoled but getting the same reply "your issue will be resolved today, you dont have to worry".


Problem started on 23 November and today is 14 december and problem is not resolved.


There are so many more problems, get tiokona and explore more problem.
