I applied for the ABC Broadband 2mbps connection on 10 Nov 2012. They get is installed in just 1 day (on 11 Nov- 2012) and took Rs. 2000 as the initial amount.
Since the Day 1, I was facing problem in connecting to the internet. I had to call the customer care every single day to notify the issue in the hope of getting proper resolution. After repeated calling, their expert engineer came to visit my place and all troubleshooting he did was he removed the RJ-45 connector and attached a new one. He reported that the issue has been resolved not. But as I expected, nothing changed.
In the end, I applied for the termination of the connection on Nov-16, 2012.
They said it will take 30-45 days and kept my account activated with no intention of terminating it and refunding my money. Today, I received a bill of Rs. 2359-2000=359. They are asking me to pay 359 then they will disconnect the subscription.
ABC Broadband guys are just bunch of crooks and all they care about money. Once you’ve made the payment, they don’t care.
I’d suggest to never take ABC Broadband connection. If you already have, pray that you don’t get problems.
