Define: - Superlative form of worst

I took a ABC Broadband connection ADULM4096 in bangalore. And now I repent for taking it. The service tech activated the service on 7th Oct 2012. And full payment of 2600 was made post activation. Online payment.


Monday was a busy day and I had some pending work from office which I carried home. Awesomly I just could not RDP to any servers and guess what. Gmail is thinking to load my mails.


Check up the ping connections and the following is what I found.


Reply from 74.125.236.162: bytes=32 time=2151ms TTL=56

Ofcourse the packet drops for every 3-4 pings.


Called up the customer support to see what he issue is. Was informed that there is some network latency from their end and it was supposed to fix in 48 hours.


Waited for 2 days and found that my ticket was closed with no resolution.


This happened for almost for 10 days.


And today the 17th Oct, 2012, called up customer case for dis-connection and the conversation as follows


Me: I need a dis-connection


Cust Care: May I know what is the reason?(And he deliberately prompts) Is this due to technical issues.


Me: Yes


Cust Care: In this case I am transferring the call to tech support.


Me: No I do not want tech support. I just need dis-connection.


Cust Care: I cannot do that and transferring to Tech Support.


He eventually transfers and I dis-connect the call and call them back.


I call them back again and ask for dis-connection. And this time I checked out a city where they do not have service and gave them a place called "Guntur".


And to my surprise, they say that They have taken the request, a person will come and collect 500 as transfer charges ang transfer to Guntur. I have to literally convince them saying "What am I gonna do taking your connection to a place where you people do not have a service"


Eventually I managed to get a request done for ABC Broadband Disconnection. Thank God.


Will post up further progress.


25th Oct


I got a call again to check for reason of disconnection. Told them i’m re-allocating  to another place. Asked me where? Prompt came the reply "Guntur" and informed them that they do not have connectivity.


They were pressing about transferring the connection to any of my friends. Told them that I am a newbie here and do not know much people.


30th Oct 2012


Et last finally I got a call from service tech today to collect their shitty equipment from my venue. Asked them to come ASAP as I had to go out.


DIWALI BONUS FROM ABC Broadband


I got to still pay them for using their service less than a month. Did I mention earlier that I paid in full?
