I took ABC Broadband last April 2011, it worked fine until it went bust in Nov, the small device called connector or something stopped working and had to be repaired. shockingly it took 3 months for someone to visit premises and replace it . all this after fighting with them almost everyday. then 2 more months of fights to get waiver for those non-working periods. fed up with their pathetic service I raised a disconnection request in Feb 2012. I was 100% sure there will be no response, every time I called they said send email which never got any response, finally after a heated exchange with their supervisor disconnection complaint was raised on Mar 4th. I had no hopes they will do anything. I was correct .today June 20 th, still no response. we have even vacated and moved to diff location. Ironically the bills r being generated every month and am getting calls from recovery agents to pay up or face legal action. Why the hell shd I pay for not using their service. am completely fed up and tired of talking / emailing to these bunch of idiots. God save the customers who r using ABC Broadband.
