ABC Broadband group is such a fraud company and I have never seen such a pathetic customer service as well as such a poor connectivity ever in my life.. They will give you false promises, no call back as promised, you need to try atleast 20 - 30 times to log in. If it doesnt happen, call customer care and hold the line for min 15 min then again they’ll redisconnect the phone, rude behaviour and almost no connectivity through out the day!!!! When you will try to quit their connection they’ll not let you to so officially even if u send thousands of emails and will go on sending you the bills (rental) with no connection!!!!!!!!! And if you refuse to pay this bill...they will send you legal notice and file a case against you for default and criminal charges!!! I dont know how to deal with these ’corporate gundas’ in India to reserve consumer’s right against this kind of fraud service where in most of the cases consumers do not have the time to go and fight the case or it turns out to be more expensive.
