Does not connect

Speed test will show a 2 mbps or more bandwidth, but speedtest shows an average. I can assure you youtube videos of even low bandwidth will not play fine.


Logging on is a big problem. Sometimes the logon page will not appear, and other times, it will appear but will not actually connect. Once you call their call center and enter the user ID or call from the registered phone, their automatic trouble shooting will set the logging-in problem alright for a few hours. They may have over subscribed and rotating the number of connections among many users, so you call and complain, it


will appear to work for a few hours or a day or two if you have complained enough.


Their technical department, billing department, call center etc are not co-ordinated at all. You get incorrect bill amount, incorrect due dates and a week before the due date, will start getting a 100 calls asking for payment. The other reviews that said, you get calls from fake lawyers are also true. You will get this "BEFORE THE DUE DATE". Its also true that they continue to bill after the disconnection date.


They will keep nagging you to reconnect. They will threaten that your alternate landline connection will not work, and make it happen. The personnel that came to collect back the equipment disconnected my landline connection


They will not disconnect the service gracefully. You will be spammed with too many useless calls, and some of the callers will repeat from square one and either wouldnt know you have disconnected or would pretend to not know.


Totally crappy and pathetic. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
