I was using ABC Broadband almost for a year because there was no other provider available. The speed issue was there from day 1. Also every Sat and Sun day there was a connection issue. Even we have lodged complaints, we only got few complaint numbers but no service as expected. (Seems to be a very good policy followed by ABC Broadband).
After a few months we got frustrated and told them to disconnect and take their device but nobody took the device and sent the bill at the end of every month. When we stopped paying their bill (as we were not using), we got a call from Delhi saying, "ABC Broadband filed a case against you because you have not paid one month bill."
The worst customer service I have ever seen by any internet provider. Beware of ABC Broadband.
