They collect 1000/- (or more based on plan) before installation saying they will return when you disconnect the service. They deny it on disconnection, instead charge you extra.
Fraud calls to pay 3000/- rupees : I got a call from a guy claiming to be an advocate and said a case against you has been registered in Delhi High court. He threatened to send police if I do not pay within 1 hr.

So beware, you might not want to get into all this mental harassment one Sunday morning!
I completely discourage use of this service.
