I’ve been using ABC Broadband WiFi for quite some time now.
Recently, I bought a new router to which I wasn’t able to connect my internet. When I called the customer service of ABC Broadband and explained it to the agent about my problem, he wasn’t able to understand it.
He then transferred the call to his superior who asked me what company router I’m using, and how to configure it properly. It was because of this customer service agent(Prasad) I got my issue resolved quickly.
