Poor Service

Ultimate cheaters. They disconnect my connection before due date( taken payment in advance) although I specially requested for the connection till 14th may, 2014. Till 14th may I paid the bill in advance.


When asked from Tech support, they said that again I will have to activate the connection and pay the bill till 14th June, 2014. I have details of every mail but it is useless, until I use it for legal purpose.
