I have had a ABC Broadband connection for over 2 years and it has been the worst time of my life. I had a penchant for not having wires in my house so I chose ABC Broadband since they are wireless, but that was the stupidest decision I made.
The network is down half the time due to some router issue somewhere and the help desk has a bunch of 10th pass guys and girls who have no clue what they are talking about.
I haven’t seen such an unprofessional organization. And the worst part, they charge you regardless of their internet being up or not and do not refund or even entertain any discussion once you have disconnected.
ABC Broadband’s speed is pathetic .MTNL Triband is much better in the Mumbai metropolitan area. I would suggest you go for MTNL or a Tata Photon since you at least deal with honest professionals.
