I have raised 3 individual complaints during the time frame 6/12 to 6/18, evertime after 24-48 hours I get a call saying its resolved and should not occur again and on 18 after a lot of frustration I raised a cancellation request, I dint get any call from them after that on the status, I called up on sunday 6/21 to check the status of the cancellation and at that time there was still connectivity issue. and was asked to restart the the network device. on 6/24 I got a call asking them to give an other chance to send a service engineer to check, saying only after that the refund will be processed.This is the worst kind of technical service that can be provided by any network provider
