They provide extremely bad internet connection which neither reliable nor fast. I don’t get the speed which I am supposed to get. My internet connection is 4 MBPS and I hardly get 1 MBPS most of the time. Only time I get speeds close to 3 MBPS is between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Every time I call customer care they say some stupid reason. Recently one of their technicians told me that in my area (Munnekolala) the bandwidth allocated is very low and that the management know about this but they don’t plan on increasing it as their is no competitor for them in this area.
