Horrible customer service, painful self-help

I made the mistake of my life by subscribing to ABC Broadband. While on face, the services seem very exciting and charges reasonable, it is actually not so.

The sales guys will pursue you like hounds till you subscribe to the service. The moment you do subscribe, you are left to fend for yourself. The self-help section of the website is made for buffoons, and the helpline is made to play recorded messages only. The customer service email-support very conveniently chooses to ignore all email complaints.

For a simple request as change of subscription plan, you need to make some one thousand calls and five thousand emails until you are told of the’procedure’ and the’3 conditions’.

But I must say that billing is very prompt. You avail the services or no, you get the customer support or no, the invoice/bill will land promptly in your mailbox. There is no delay at that end. You make delay in payments, hoping that the service guys might call you asking for money and you could let them know your grievances, but NO. The services are promptly disconnected.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

A super-annoyed customer!
