Hi, I am a victim of ABC Broadband, hence would not like anyone else to be a victim anymore. ABC Broadband gives offer claiming low price but they are all fake. I searched the whole site but couldnt find a positive post about ABC Broadband. The only good post were made by the people hired by ABC Broadband itself, who post good/fake comments on every post. One can simply check the timeline of the user and see how reliable is the comment of that person. Just to mention, its my first post on this website.
I needed a wifi connection so I called ABC Broadband, they sent me a person named Suraj who explained me the plan. I opted for the yearly plan. While making payment the guy insisted on cash payment saying that cheque will take time to clear and so will the connection. I needed the connection urgently so I made the cash payment to this ABC Broadband guy in cash of Rs7168. After 2-3 days the installation etc were done no problem at all. Later I checked my wifi account, it showed just 1000rs credited to my account. I doubted something wrong.
So I called the person and asked for justification, he said that ABC Broadband has these 1000rs vouchers only and he will deposit the amount later. I immediately called ABC Broadband customer care, who advised me to mail them regarding this. I did the same instantly. In the mean time ABC Broadband was constantly calling me asking for documents (which I have submitted to the ABC Broadband guy before the installation). I replied them the same but these irritating customer care people never understand. They use to call me daily almost 2 times and I would explain them that I have already submitted everything.
After using net for 2 month when the deposit rs1000 (as displayed by ABC Broadband), they started calling again regarding payment of bill and when I tell them that I had already made the payment in advance, they ask me to mail them regarding this (which apparently I have done many time only to find zero response from ABC Broadband).
After 3 months my connection was disconnected saying non payment of bill. For the next 1 month I use to call there customer care which take min 20 minutes to pickup your phone and when they pickup I ask for any superior officer but they insist on hearing the problem so I have to repeat myself every time I made a call, after about half an hour conversation from their senior they say it happens most of the time that the person forgets to deposit the money or the money is on the way. And my problem would be solved within 24 hours. But these 24 hours never ended, for the next 1 month I mailed approx 24 mails and numerous call asking for a reply or even why is this happening to me inspite of making the full payment. They would say they are finding the person. I even showed them the receipt and everything, still no use. I even made std call in pune, the non toll free number of ABC Broadband which also has a waiting time of around 20 min. Finally I made the visit to ABC Broadband head office, but they just told me that the guy you paid money ran away and asked to file a complaint against him. And to my surprise they asked me to make the payment again if I want to resume the service. I fought with them and didnt left the office till the problem was resolved. Finally they agreed on starting the connection and clearing off all the money due.
Its been 1 month and they havent resolved the money issue yet and they still keep calling me for paying the bill now trice in a day. So be wise and dont put your money in ABC Broadband.
