On Dec 31, I had faced the issue of no(limited) connectivity with my ABC Broadband connection. 31st Dec is very crucial to me as I support European clients for my organization and 31st Dec is the year end for them. Hence you can imagine the level of work load at the year end.
I have to work even after office hours and this issue of limited connectivity has certainly added to my stress level. At 20:00 hrs, I contacted Vikas(your nodal officer) who has understood my need and assured me to do everything under his control to make my connection working.
I had your technician Ronald at my residence within 75 minutes. On the new years eve, the simple guy was handling the persuasion call from his family with one hand and resolving my issue with other. He stayed back till 11 and left only after resolving. His technical team has also been very very active in providing the resolution. I really appreciate their efforts.
Vikas kept me updating about the status of my issue and also remained in-touch with me to ensure the connectivity is consistent.
Because of the efforts of these men, I was able to support my client and lead them to the completion of their year end activities. Now since I have some free time left, I thought of posting my experience and thoughts with you all.
I must say I am interacting with such fine people of ABC Broadband who can be considered as gems in executing their responsibilities.
As a part of my responsibility I will keep posting my experience to the people of ABC Broadband about their field work. As of now, I can vouch for dependability of ABC Broadband.
