I have called for a demo at my premises through ABC Broadband site.
One representative called me back name Satya(ph: 8125517858) and told him to come for demo along with other provision check and tell me the price etc. details. After I decide(and also I had already given documents and cheque to beam need to cancel as they were making late I have asked them for cancellation and waiting for the same), I would call him and if I want only then he will connect the ABC Broadband broadband line.
What he did is totally disappointed and also harassed my wife at my residence. He pressurized my wife to give him all documents and fill up the form along with money for connection immediately. I called him several
times and told that I need time to decide and then I will call. But he did not care what I was telling.
I decided to complain in consumer court. Because my wife also shocked by his behavior. What kind of service ABC Broadband want to give people? Why then ABC Broadband are giving the demo and written in ABC Broadband site?
I will definitely want to take steps against it.
