Unfortunately at the time of this writing, I am using my mobile ISP to write the following due to the extremely insensitive service provided by my ISP ABC Broadband.
I have been using ABC Broadband (User Id: 1102181743) for a few months now. Since last Oct (2012) I have been having intermittent connection problems. Like it happens almost ever day. When I called Tech support, they say its their Network problem and that Packets of data are getting dropped in their Network. and that they are sending a Technician to the concerned area to rectify it.
There are days I have called 2-3 times. Finally in Jan of this year, I called them and pleaded to send a Technician out after I send emails to the Appellate Authority for the Company. Finally I got the issue resolved on persisting after atleast 60-70 calls in a period of 4 months. And I was promised a waiver.
Irrespective of this issue as a faithful and trusty customer, I payed 2 months of crappy service. But as this was not getting resolved, I decided to pay only once they rectified my issue.
I found a few days later that the account was stopped for non payment. I called the Customer care and a lady told me that she will call me back in 2 hrs.She sent it to collections and a guy calls me asking when I am going to pay the bill. She did and she asked for 30 mins more. I agreed. While I was away, she called 1.5 Hrs later, and then closed the Ticket she was working on (1-25556480**) and then send an SMS stating that I was unreachable and the Ticket has been Closed!! I called back and another Customer care representative says that the issue will be resolved in another 24Hrs. (I wonder what the first Customer care agent was doing all the time she spend on my Ticket!!)
I am really fed up and I have finally decided to Disconnect the service!!
