I was the user of ABC Broadband. I discontinued the service in the month of August 2012 by writing a mail to their customer care and after that they called me with their different proposal , so that I can continue with there service. But every time told then I doesn’t need the connection please disconnect it immediately.
After that they didn’t disconnect my service and sent me the bill in every time. Then suddenly on Jan 28 I received a call. The person on other side said he is a lawyer from Delhi court for ABC Broadband and he informed me that there is a case registered against me and they have charged till the month of January 2013. Then I paid all the total amount and after that they have send me NOC.
So my recommendations to all you please don’t engage with ABC Broadband Broadband. It’s a very poor network provider. And most of all they have maintained worth less customer care representative.
