Very poor response from the Customer Care

I had enrolled for a new connection with ABC Broadband through their website on 9th of March 2013. After which I had to made daily follow up call with the customer care, but only received standard reply " Our representative would contact you today". Atlast I got contact detail  of one of the local sales representative through my friend and had discussion on 15th March 2013. Even though he had assured he would visit  for further discussion, he did not turn up even after multiple followups.


If the response is such, before subscribing an connection, we can imagine what would be the response for any support issues.Advice to stay away and choose them only if there are no other options left.
