I am Abhishek(customer Id: 1112004388).
I have subscribed in 31st December 2014 and on 2nd Jan 2015. I have started facing problems. many times I am not even able to open login page of ABC Broadband itself.
I called you customer care at 1pm and got reply that it will be resolved by 6 pm.
No one showed up but the connection started, but slower around 3 pm.
but in the evening around 8.30 pm same problem triggered again and I am promised that it will be taken care within 24hrs. really? 24 hrs?
I was promised the speed of 2mbps but right now I am getting marelly 50kbps. After just in 4 days I lost my patients now.
I called your customer care for lots of time but they havent been able to resolve the problem. and hight of them is that are so ignorant they dont even care if someone is facing any problem. Is this called as efficient service?
the data I am using in 100kbps will be considered as 2mbps only.
They are very prompt in taking money but not prompt enough to providing service
Its been 4 days and the problem has not at all resolved.
I spoke with sales person, Customer care, their technician, and guess what every one is helpless. all of them can not do a thing but to give me suggestions for calling someone else.
that means I have to pay ABC Broadband(for such pathetic service), then call every one else (and pay my phone bill) to get that problem resolved. which is obviously my responsibility because I made the most precious decision to avail their services.
When I subscribed to your company I was told that your company has the best service and I will get uninterrupted service 24/7. Now my question is this the best service? is this Improved ABC Broadband?
I even sent a mail on j.nair@ABC Broadband.in on Fri, Jan 2, 2015 at 10:15 PM, but guess what!
Got an auto reply that my problem will be resolved within 48hrs .now its been 47 hrs and I dont see the problem getting resolved in any manner.
I have no other option to go online(Using my mobile network, which is faster that ABC Broadband on 2G), so may be someone somewhere in this great organization(If it is organized) may look in to it. at least someone in this "so called organization" have some shame and resolve the problem.
