salary and benefit-not as per the industry standard.Provident fund is deducted but not given at the end, neither any paid leaves nor any extra benefits like medical policy or compensations are provided .
job security-not at all, your salary will be deducted if you do mistakes.
career growth-not a single thing I address here for career growth you will be penalized for doing mistakes, working on some local goons projects some outdated designs.Owner don’t have knowledge about latest designs and user interface he just want money from client and harass employee for his benefit only.
work environment-company is located in some rural area in one bhk flat.No transportation available at that area.working hours are too much somewhat about 10 hours.
CEO Rating-CEO don’t care about employee life he just need work and money from client, such a selfish person I have ever seen in my life he just speak sweet when he has work with employees otherwise he just harass employees for his benefits
