Maine 28 may ko ticket book kiya tha abhibus app se raat k 11.30 pm par, mujhe travel karna tha 1 June ko, but mai change karna bhul gaya .subah uthkar dekha ki aajka hi date ka travel book hua h ..then maine abhibus k customer care wale ko call Kiya.. wo bole ki hum service providers se baat karke inform karte h..jo bhi extra charges honge wo dena padega. Maine bola chalega.... Maine tejas bus book kiya tha app se .and maine tejas wale se baat Kiya to wo bole ki aap abhibuss app se book kiya to waha se aramse hoga date change..but now abhibus team is saying date modification is now available in our system..very poor service.. highly recommend don’t use this app...this company has to have changes journey modification option before 8 to 10 hours boarding.. now I didn’t any money back..this is the business
