Since a year i am using abhi bus app for all my travel booking...!
Recently i had a worst to worst experience, i had booked my ticket in abhi bus, after 2 hours due to some medical emergency i had requested abhi bus help desk to prepon my booking date one date to close date, the worst thing that 3 days before travelling there is no options to change the date in abhi bus app...! I had called help desk to change my travel date they had shared directly bus agent number and asked me to request with them...! That means only we can book the ticket in abhi bus app but you can’t contact them for any assistance or they are not responsible for any emergency, finally my ticket amount gone waste due to yeskay bus agent didn’t respond to my call... 😔
If these kind of service if we get from abhi bus app then what is the use of using this app...?
It is waste of money waste of time,
I am highly disappointed with this experience and henceforth i won’t use abhi bus app...
I have deleted this app...
