I booked ticket new delhi to Gorakhpur, paid advance through ixigo. When I reached location they said the location has been changed to 10km away from the location. Reached new location by taking another taxi and paid 200 extra after reaching I found that the bus is too old and dirty. And then they declined to offer seat and blamed me that I booked female seat (I didn’t) they denied me seat and refund both and they moved the bus without giving me seat. I asked for my refund they said i am sorry while I was jobless and had no money to buy another ticket. I came back home after spending 1600 and wondering many hours with heavy luggege. Tried a lot to get my money back all I got was SORRY for your loss sir but we don’t refund. I am looking for a legal action now. Guys pls NEVER BOOK on ABHI BUS or ixgo no one listens anything. They stole my money for nothing. Never ever book I request you. Sarkari buses are better
