This Abhibus.com is a company that uses travel business and has an online portal to book bus tickets. I travelled in one of the bus from Nagpur to Pune on 3rd of June 2015.
Though I secured a booking and a confirmed seat in the bus as I boarded the bus to my horror I found that not only the bus that I was supposed to board was late by 1 hour even bigger surprise was that my birth(my reservation) was occupied by some other passenger and even the driver and the conductor of the bus convinced me to leave the bus and board the next bus that plies on same rout
I did this as I felt helpless. Most likely the guy who occupied my birth bribed them and got the birth in his favor
This caused me lot of inconvenience not only that I missed secure reservation but even made my arrival at Pune late by 3 hours. As I am a Doctor by profession that caused lot of inconvenience to my appointed patients.
I don’t recommend any passenger to book the bus if they want peace of mind. and avoid suffering.
