I’m writing this review as a warning to others who might consider using AbhiBus for their travel needs. My recent experience from Delhi to Jaipur was nothing short of disastrous. The bus was delayed by an hour, and when I asked the operator about the delay, I was met with vile abuse and threats. Yes, you read that right - the operator threatened to beat me up once he reached the pickup stop. I was shocked, saddened, and appalled by this behavior.
What’s even more concerning is that when I complained about the incident, providing audio evidence, the operator’s apology came in the form of a meager Rs 200 refund, which I refused. To my horror, the operator called me again, threatening me. This ordeal made my day incredibly difficult.
