The year was 2011 and my family wanted to migrate to Europe, on an investor visa (preferably real estate) and after trying our luck with a handful of investment migration and immigration experts in and around Delhi and Chandigarh we were always having the same result at the end, confusion. The agents were either inexperienced/incapable of establishing a real connect between our requirements and the actual process or they were simply trying to force us to pick Canada, UK or Australia and they were all about their fees.
Luckily just before we were about to give up we came across Abhinav Immigration Consultancy. I called the phone on the ad and was greeted by a pleasant voice on the other end and I immediately felt that this is a right place, just a positive vibe and the very same evening we had the opportunity to meet with Mr Sharma himself who was in town luckily.
From the very first meeting the vibes that we got were that of being in a place where relationships are meant to be built on trust and transparency. Mr Sharma listened to us with patience and after it was all done he counted me out 4-5 options in exotic EU nations that were offering the exact same program which we were hoping for (investment in real estate for a Residence permit) and we were amazed at how he remembered every detail so correctly without having to read them out from a computer or another electronic device. I was thrilled to have finally found a place where I could just let go and let my dreams turn into reality. Mr Sharma knew these options atleast 2 years before they became known to other consultancy companies.
After a couple of rounds of discussions we decided to invest and migrate to Latvia and before the actual process we were invited by Mr Sharma’s immigration partners in Latvia (a trip that he organized for us where we could see the country before investing) and from the moment we landed in Latvia to the time we had to take off, we were treated so very nicely and the experience that started after first meeting Mr Sharma and his great team in New Delhi continued all the way through to Latvia and back to India. The immigration team in Latvia that Mr Sharma had partnered were also great professionals and didn’t waste a single minute of our investment/tourism trip to impress us with their knowledge and detail to hospitality. They left us satisfied with all our queries and that also proved to us that Mr Sharma and his consultancy has very high parameters when it comes to making partners abroad.
Coming back to India we were explained the process in detail and we started the visa process which took the exact same time to complete that was explained to us. In between this time we really grew close to the whole team at Abhinav and at times when we would communicate with the team it felt like chatting with our friends.
After getting our visas we flew and completed the real estate purchase and after a few weeks of waiting got our residence permits and it was all exactly what we were told would happen. We spent a good 5 years in Latvia during which we lived a life of bliss and Mr Sharma visited us too and we had a great time hosting him at our place with so much to catch up and tell him of all what we had been upto since we moved there.
After the 5 years I applied for the PR and received it and now I live in Germany and have my own tennis school here and we owe a big thanks to Mr Sharma and his team who we now call Uncle as it would be too formal for us to address him as Mr Sharma after how much time we have spent with him.
P.S. - There was once a moment where Mr Sharma personally took a flight to Goa to come to meet us in person to update about the progress of our application as the papers we had sent from India were lost somewhere in transition and there were a few days of uncertainty and we were hoping for the best but never knew what would come out of it and so Mr Sharma came all the way from Delhi to give us an assurance that he had it all under control and eventually it all turned out alright and all our concerns were diffused by him.
