Esquare, University Road(Pune) charged each Royal Class ticket @ Rs.350(Rs. 384 / ticket on bookmyshow) Platinum class was Rs. 160/ticket.(6:30 pm screen 3 on 30 September’15)
No recliner seats in Royal Class. Charge almost 2.5 times than platinum class with no much value / comfort.
Rude staff - Some screens have recliner seats at esquare at similar price in Royal Class. Screen 3 charges exhorbitantly for Royal Class without good service or seats. Staff was rudely justifying non recliner seats in Royal Class inspite of being charged heavily.
