I am a frequent customer at E-square(being the closest multiplex to my house).
Last week my husband and I had booked tickets for twilight through bookmyshow. I went to collect my tickets at the counter and the E-square ticket person confirmed the movie. Only oncce we entered the screen did we realize that twilight had been cancelled 3 days back.
Though we were given our refund, we were treated extremely badly. Not one of them even apologized for this mix up and they spoke to us as if it was our mistake(esp the manager Mr. Farhan).
I really dont understand that if the show was cancelled, how could they issue us a ticket, complete with the seat number and show timings?
I have decided never to go back as I have had previous experiences with E-square too which were not very pleasant.
