I’m Varun Bhat from B’lore. I’m using ABN-AMRO freedom credit card from past 6 months. I din’t experience anything bad regarding payments or service , but I was cheated by executive who enrolled me for this card by giving false information.
I took the card coz the executive who came to our office said that Freedom card is life time free (i.e., no annual charges). Last week I got a call from so called executives of ABN-AMRO Bank from Dehli saying my credit card is not life-time free card and I have to make payment of 2, 500 to convert that to life-time free. If I pay that amount then whats the meaning of life-time free offer. I’ve decided to cancel the card as soon as the free period i.e., 1 year is finished.
