I am building up a case against ABN AMRO for their UN lawful credit collection and harassment not only to the bank customers, but also general citizen on the pretest that they belong to the Bank customer list. I am also one miserable person in that category and I want input and data from all the suffering customer in Bangalore and other states as well. Please send me scanned copies of the letters and communication you had sent to the bank. The idea is to first built a strong case and fax a notice to their legal department in delhi followed by the filing of consumer case.
The strength of these cheats and the weakness of the customer is that we are not united. If we unit and fight them there is no way that any business house would cheat and harrase any citizens of India. In India, every banks and business houses do this on purpose as they now its easy to harrase the customer as the customer do not go to court nor fight a case. Rise up customer, its your hard earned money. If we dont stand up now then when are we going to fight for our rights. We meet the police commisioner with the media as a group and presents a formal case
Will wait for them to send a legal notice and have one lawyer represent all in the case.
Some points to make our case strong is to record the conversation whenever you get a call. Make sure you stay cool and speak to them with respect and let them start screaming at you. Also when they threaten you just keep asking " Are you going to use unlawful means to collect this debe? Are you going agaisnt the law? let them answer the questions.
Now ladies and gentlemen, this will be possible only if we unite and stand together. So lets stop talking and start taking action.
