I am using ABN Amro credit card : GO card . They converted an ad-hoc amount from my monthly statement on EMI under Easy Pay plan and charged me Rs 500 has processing fees. When contacted their customer service they say to write email to their card services team . I have been writing emails to them but of no use . I just get an automated reply that their team will get back to me.
No one has contacted back so far. If you walk in their bank, there is no one to help on credit card issues . They are sitting there only to sell credit cards.They sell and then forget to service. Earning money by wrong mediums and completing their targets is the only moto of this bank
