Pathetic service

, I lost my card on the 8 of feb2006 around 8.30pm and I reported the lost of card at 10.50 and I recived an sms stating my card has been blocked, later in the morning I called up the cc again the lady said teh card has not been blocked again I asked her to bloc the card.then I visited the branch in barakhamba road and met mr.pratik his contact number is 9818892763 he said the card is still not blocked then he called upo someone in front of me and asked why the card has not been


i have not got a single bill for my card till now, a week ago I spoke to one of the cce and annoying told himn about the bills then I recived my first bill yesterday that too for jan.


every month I getcalls from the collection agencies who really thretens me or my family members that "agar paise nai dia to dikha dege, ap bohat hi bekar customer ho"is it a mafia company or a bank
