The Worst Bank on Earth

This is the Worst Bank on Earth! I will not go for any of their gimmicks or promotions. They have an support email address by the name of HeadCardServices@in.abnamro.com, which I believe should be DeadCardServices@in.abnamro.com as the Customer care executives who respond to the e-mail sent to these not only are Poor in their English, but will not read it completely. Probably they have lot of people complaining like me and hence do not have sufficient time to respond.


They should understand that the root cause is their poor service, it they can try to tackle this then the no of e-mail will decrease and they can manage their support in an efficient way. I hope they are born to treat customers like a crap with customer service eluding them from miles. They don’t know what Customer service is! Probably they are born during Stone Age!  It will take me lot of pages to write my frustration, may be I can write on Book on Bad customer service after the harassment I have undergone for being connected with ABN AMRO.  So please be careful when you deal with ABN AMRO. If possible record whatever the commitments is offered by the Customer care executive!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take your chance at your Own risk!!!!!!
