To begin with the starters, they are diversified such as mashed cream potatoes, mutton sheek kabab, fish, prawn and chicken barbecue and they were awesome. Dint try the vegetarian dishes like paneer, mushrooms and pineapple and corn fries. The servers kept on refilling the bbq for many rounds.
Then came the most exciting wish grill part. It had varieties from country chicken, rabbit, duck, quail to exotic sea foods like octopus, squid and shark. The dishes were prepared as per our needs with the appropriate add-ons(eggs/rice/onions) and the flavored sauces. The country chicken and squid tasted awesome. The veg portion had chana, corn and paneer etc. I havent tried the Veg grill yet.
Maincourse also has a huge spread, but we just tried Chicken briyani and Crab masala. Briyani was good and Crab masala was spicy. Naan/Roti was served to the tables based on requirement. Desserts were the highlight with cold stone creamery for ice creams and have a lot of Indian and western desserts accompanied with fruits. Their mousse, brownies and the sweets like gulab jamoon made it a perfect finish.
It was my Wife’s birthday celebration on that day with them singing birthday song and bringing in an complementary cream cake!
Pre-booking has to be done by calling them since the tables are already filled on weekends. Valet car parking is available. It is quite economical since the bill came around 1400(inclusive of GST) for 2 non Veg buffets.
