Recently i happened to go to ABT Maruti for a Service in Guindy.
Maruti touch - Customer care was missing
Too much of staff - Nobody takes responsibility
Head is not ready to meet us as he was in meeting ( Normally it is like that there)
Down the line also deputes and finally one contract person came and met me
PATHETIC SERVICE. Even after waiting for three hours could not take the vehicle because nobody wants to work in an organized manner. I have seen the same 10 years back and that time it was 100 times better than this.
GM & Staff should pull their socks and start working towards customer satisfaction...not even delight.....
