Good bank with good infrastructure, more ATM’s but the lowest level of human resources. In fact I visited Adcb Burj u man branch today to close the auto loan and this lady staff in counter no 10 was behaving as if I came from somewhere out of earth.Tearing a paper which was signed by me and throwing it in bin with an allergic face will not leave a good impression.
Will never deal with this bank again.
