My self Syed Tanveer have worked with Accenture BANG2 in bangalore. In today’s world the expectation of any employee from their employer is about the security of their job. Accenture is a place where they value their employees a lot compare to the other organisations& their compitaters, it makes them unique bcoz I have personally worked with them I was working as a L2 G3 Technical support Representative(T.S.R)for a U.S PROCESS called silver back. I had seen many employees even after their process, campaign were shut down.
But still Accenture never used to lay off or terminate their employees . In fact they used to keep them on bench& pay them their regular sallaries& they would even continue to keep their employees on BENCH for more then a year.This is the amount of value they have for their employees .& once u join this organisation u will love this company& your job& more importantly u will feel ur job is secured.
