Me and my friend were getting continuous calls from Accfin sales person some days back, she named her as Puja(No. 080 43461530), for taking the membership of the same company. She promised a lot many things, which we have not got after getting the card.
Some are:-
Card is valid for lifetime, and it will expire in 4 years but after paying some nominal fee it will be renewed. I asked her specifically before giving the money, that if it is not for life time, then I want my money back(Since it is mentioned in same way on your website) and she told yes sure.
We will be getting the Rs800 - Rs900 sodexo passes along with the card, valid for 1 year. That any how we have not got, and this thing was confirmed by Mr. Suresh babu(who named him as some manager) at the same we talked to him also and he confirmed. The same thing was confirmed by Vinod also, who came to take the membership fee.
Discount coupons from Reebok, fastrack, Nike, Titan etc, but there is nothing like that.
When we got the card and discount vouchers, there was nothing as they mentioned. It is mentioned as validity for 1 year, there is no sodexo passes, and discount coupons are also not from the shops as mentioned.
We called to Puja’s number but that route always comes as busy. Suresh Babu is also not responding. Then we called to this company’s number and explained the everything to Mithu(she calls her as customer relation manager). First day she told she will do something and call us. But when next day we did not receive the call then we called and she told we are very busy since income tax filling is going on. Please called after 31st July.
We have paid Rs1250 - each. And we both were cheated by this company. We took the membership just because of above features which Puja explained, other features and coupons are not for our use much.
These all things we mailed to all company heads also but these fellows are not ready to respond. We have tried calling also these fellows told they will respond after 11th Aug, but I dont know when this will get over.
Even I am writing this review to show them what we will do, next is surely News papers.
Please be aware of such things and company, please spread to as much as peoples possible.
