I was very happy with this laptop for about 4 months, but I have face a few issues which I think However, about three months ago the laptop started overheating like a hot tea. This need to be a serious matter according to my thought.
After just half an hours use, the laptop would become so hot that I could hardly bear to have it resting on my lap. I think if have some heavy game for about 3 hour this laptop must blow away. A few days before, I started to experience graphic distortion and then finally it blank screened and would not turn on. This mean this must be reapired by service center . There are a couple of temporary solutions to this problem but at the end of the day the graphics card is defective.
I dont want it to change because its cost me a lot. This problem has happened to thousands of users of this and other Acer laptops. ACER eventually offered free repairs to selected ACER notebooks, but not all of them, even though they were exhibiting the same problem. I dont want this anymore. Acer must provide a hasstle free experiance and a hasstle free service which not presently there. Quality is not that great which I imagined before buying the laptop.
