Hello guys I am already Acer laptop user I have no any issue about this. But few few month ago my friend ask suggestion about laptop purchase . I recommended acer aspire series laptop. Then he bought Acer aspire E15. after few days sone issue are created like as boot problem, touch problem, wirless connection problem and 8.1 window problem. I can’t understand what happening with this laptop. But I am a software engineer so I resolve some problem but not all problem. I suggest him customer care center then all problem are reduced and due to low price acer give more feature like 6GB Ram 1TB Hard drive touch screen and intel core i3 processor. so I have no issue about this product . I highly thankful for customer service.
