I am using this laptop from last 2 years. its graphics are not good. it is slow and its sound is not that much loud. i bought this from Nehru place Delhi. i get headphones and cleaning kit with this laptop.
it cost me around 35000after getting a discount. using some time it gets heat up.
now it is bent to 360-degree which basically flatten up the screen it is a defect. recently i am a watching game of thrones it is in the dark mode i am not able to see what is happening due to the light issue.it has some lagging issue.
it becomes slow it utilises all the ram when you will work on something it is faulty. it makes your system uncontrollable
you can not able to use the mouse pointer after it utilises all space. So it is not good i will suggest go for ASUS they have very good laptops.
It’s service is good. Once my laptops display is broken then I called customer care then on next day they send his service man to repair my laptop screen.
