I am using this from six or seven months, but it did’nt gave me any problem till now. I am having a wonderful experience with this laptop and would recomend to everyone searching for a laptop for aroind 30000. Honestly I don’ t know muvh about service and support because there is no need to service it till now. But I called them when I needed some help regarding some issue not related to any clause bit generel and I mist say they helped me to my full satisfaction.
