I have use this laptop in office work. This is the most Dissappointing purchase I have ever. This was having issues with this laptop. It has much worser issues. This laptop screen had black and white dots here and there. Laptops speakers stop working or malfunctioning after just 7 days of usag. Laptop booting time is very slow or apps it is taking around 5 mints to start and also while charging both keyboard and mouse are not workimg properly or not responding . very very slow working laptop please dont waste money by buying this type of laptops.
I have facing a laptop hang Issue and battery Backup issue. When I run the laptop on battery power, it randomly shuts off completely. This causes you to lose all your work and reboot the laptop again.
