I too belong to a middle class family and its too expensive for me to even think about it. But as I viewed on to my relatives one of my relatives has it so, I went to my relatives home and took a look at it and found that it has Pre-installed windows 10 Home in it which I personally have in my laptop and windows 10 is very user friendly so Operating System is powerful as well as easy to operate. Coming on to Reliability and specification I already tell about is above to play many games. As told previously cost is very high you mean nearly 2 Lakh is very high. Service & Support is also good as drivers in it are also good.
From me I can’t recommend you because it costs too much high.
